Cancellation Policy

  • One can cancel the COD or PREPAID order by sending us an email at support@implemental.in within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • For Prepaid Orders, Rs 100 will be charged as cancellation charges during the refund process.
    For COD Orders, Reward points will be deducted from the customer’s account which is equal to Rs 100
  • If a Prepaid International order is cancelled, the customer is responsible for 5% exchange fees on the total value of the order, and the balance would be refunded to the original account.
  • Order once dispatched from our warehouse, cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
  • In case of rare occasions where your order is cancelled due to non-availability of stocks for over 30 working days, the full amount would be refunded back to the original payment method, and an email would be sent to you for the same.  
  • Orders cannot be altered once they are placed, they can only be cancelled, and you need to place a new order.
  • Any order cancellation request will be processed only via email. Please drop an email to support@implemental.in within 24 hours of placing the order.

Rejection at Final Destination:

  • If an order is rejected during delivery, our system will cancel the order when it reaches back to our warehouse.
  • For prepaid domestic orders, a refund will be initiated by debiting Rs 100 towards cancellation charges, and the balance will be refunded and credited to the same payment instrument within 7-10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

  • Returns are easy. Contact us to initiate a return. In case you wish to know our replacement and refund policy, please email us at: support@implemental.in
  • Please notify us by email if your product is damaged or leaks during transit, within 24 hours of receiving it. We will assist you in getting a replacement or refund for them, and if necessary, the reverse would be arranged from our end, once the product reaches our warehouse, and necessary action for the same would be done within three working days.
  • Returns are permitted within three days of delivery, as long as the item is not unsealed and not damaged. We will arrange for reverse pickup and, after making sure it does not have any damage or faults, we will proceed with the refund (after deducting Rs100 for reverse pickup charges.)
  • If a reverse pickup facility is not available at the buyer’s pincode/delivery address, it would be up to the buyer to ship back the product to our warehouse to complete the return and in turn the refund process.
  • Damages caused upon negligence or incorrect application cannot be covered under the Returns Policy.
