The set up for the Water Level Pipe is easy. All you have to do is fill the pipe with water until the water is exactly at the mark that you want to achieve.

Once the water is at the desired level, you must mark the pipe.

Now, you can pour out all of the water and the water will stay at the same level as the mark that you made.

This is called the “level mark”. If you want to raise the water mark, you will have to add more water to the pipe.
