Toughened Glass Shape-Round
Clear tempered glass production process is heating clear float glass (annealed flat glass) to just below its softening temperature (650°c) and suddenly chilling it with jets of cold air.
- Tempered glass’s Thoughenness is 3-5 times of annealed glass
- Tempered glass can bear 300°C temperature variation, annealed glass only 100°C
- When broken, Tempered glass become cubical fragments when annealed glass become sharpe fragments.
