DPT Test Procedure & Method Kit

Pre-cleaning the surface thoroughly ensuring freedom from grease oil & paint etc. And let if dry for 2-3 minutes (CL-96)

Apply dye penetrant and leave it as it is for recommended dwelling period ( PT-97)

Remove Excess Dye Penetrant carefully with remover ( CL-96_ & ensure dry surface.

Shake can vigorously. Apply developer uniformly the surface. Under test  (DV-98)

Flaws if any will be visible as bright red indications through the white developer.
