IMPLEMENTAL personal care products are based on natural and ayurvedic formulations. While precautions are taken, certain ingredients may cause allergic reactions. It is your responsibility to check ingredients and seek professional advice if needed. IMPLEMENTAL is not liable for allergic reactions. Maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed ₹2,000. Claims must be brought within one (1) year.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless for any loss, damages or costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any third party claim arising from your use of IMPLEMENTAL or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction. Disputes shall be referred to sole arbitration by the Chairman & Managing Director. Venue: Coimbatore. Awards are final and binding. No class arbitration permitted.

Electronic Notices & General Provisions

You consent to receive notices electronically via email or website posting. This satisfies legal writing requirements. Withdrawal requires emailing us and discontinuing use. These Terms constitute the complete agreement. We may change them at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

Nothing creates an agency or partnership. Failure to enforce a provision doesn't waive it. Invalid provisions will be modified to reflect original intent.
