We take care to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, colours, specifications, dimensions, images or other information on this website are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

  • Product images are indicative. Packaging, colour, labelling, branding and minor design details may vary by brand, model or manufacturing batch.
  • The written specifications on the product page should guide your purchase. If you are unsure about size, rating or compatibility, contact us before ordering.
  • Where a product listing contains an obvious error, we may correct it, cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid.

6. Pricing, taxes and invoicing

  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout.
  • Prices may change without notice because of supplier revisions, promotions, stock availability or manufacturer updates. The price displayed at the time your order is placed applies to that order.
  • Delivery charges, taxes and any other applicable charges are displayed before payment.
  • A GST invoice is issued with every order. To claim input tax credit, enter the correct billing name, address and GSTIN at the time of ordering. GST details cannot be added or corrected after the invoice has been generated.

7. Orders and acceptance

  • Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of the order.
  • We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, where stock is unavailable, the product is discontinued, there is a pricing or listing error, the delivery location is not serviceable, or the order fails our verification or fraud checks.
  • An order cannot be altered after it has been placed. If you need a different product, request cancellation within the permitted period and place a fresh order.
  • We may limit or refuse quantities ordered per person, per household or per order.

8. Payment

  • Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may depend on the product, order value and delivery location.
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not collect or store your card, CVV, PIN or banking credentials.
  • Never share an OTP, card PIN, CVV, net-banking password or UPI PIN with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from our team.
  • If an amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, do not place a fresh order immediately. Contact us with the payment reference number and we will reconcile the transaction.

9. Shipping, delivery, cancellation and returns

Shipping, delivery timelines and charges are governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Delivery timelines shown on the website are estimates and not guarantees.

10. Warranty and after-sales support

Warranty coverage varies by brand and product and is provided by the manufacturer or its authorised service centre, on the manufacturer's terms. Implemental does not itself provide any additional warranty beyond what the manufacturer offers, unless expressly stated in writing on the product page or in a quotation. Warranty generally does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect voltage, unauthorised repair, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow operating instructions.

11. Safe use, installation and professional judgement

Many products sold on this website are tools, machines, electrical equipment or industrial consumables that can cause injury or damage if used incorrectly.

  • You are responsible for selecting a product that is suitable for your intended application, site conditions and statutory requirements.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the website or any product or service, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed Rs. 2,000 (Rupees Two Thousand only).

Any claim arising out of or relating to this website or these terms must be brought within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose, failing which it shall be permanently barred.

19. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Implemental, its owners, employees and agents from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, cost or expense (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

20. Force majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural calamities, floods, fire, epidemic, war, riot, strike, bandh, lockdown, transport disruption, failure of utilities or telecommunications, or any government or regulatory action.

21. Governing law, disputes and jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any dispute, difference or claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall be referred to the sole arbitration of the Chairman & Managing Director of Implemental or a person nominated by him. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Coimbatore, and the proceedings shall be in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding.
  • Neither party shall be entitled to bring or participate in any class, collective or representative arbitration.
  • Subject to the above, the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt and we aim to resolve them within one month.

23. General

  • Changes: We may amend these terms at any time. The revised terms take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
  • Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
  • Entire agreement: These terms, together with the policies referred to above, constitute the entire agreement between you and Implemental in relation to the website.
